TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE - NEVER AGAIN
I’ve had better sleep and cleaner bathrooms at a truck stop. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely feared for my safety. People were walking up and down the sidewalk, pounding on doors and yelling, supposedly looking for their friend. Someone blasted their stereo so loud my windows were shaking.

The bathroom counter had cuts all over it, clearly from prior drug use. To make matters worse, a long-term resident a few doors down had their windowsill decorated with beer bottles, which only added to the unsettling atmosphere.

I didn’t feel comfortable stepping outside. I spent the entire night peeking out the window to keep an eye on my truck. Between the pounding, yelling, and blaring music, I couldn’t sleep at all.

This hotel isn’t just dirty—it’s unsafe. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Pictures show the bathtub that looks like someone puked in it, disgust on the walls by the garbage cans and baseboards haven’t been cleaned in years. Filthy mattresses. The sides of the bed have metal hooks that will crack your shins. The bedside lamp doesn’t work, and has a horrible electrical wire attempt. Definitely unsafe.

Where do I begin. The curtains, comforter had holes in them. The bathroom fan did not work. The smoke alarm was not even attached to the ceiling. There were stains on the thin towels and was only given 2 bath size ones and a hand towel for a family of 3. The morning went to get breakfast and the pancake batter was watered down and made the worst pancakes. There was no juice, no coffee and only a half gallon of milk in the mini fridge offered for guests. The stairs to the second floor were hazardous.
The room was far from what was advertised and it was a true disappointment. The only thing that happened to be positive was we were allowed to check in earlier than the arrival time for an additional charge of $30.
Will not at all recommend this place to anyone ever.

If you don't have to stay here don't! Never had someone come clean my room. When I got into my room looks liked they had just done a quick clean animal hairs all over the carpet. I'm a smoker but I couldn't stand the smell of smoke in my room.

Cigarette butts, beer bottle caps, and trash everywhere on the property. The swimming pool smelled foul and the color was dark green. Ceilings and floors are caving in, had to be careful where you stepped. Bed was clean, but no soap in the room, only three conditioners. Only one light worked of the three in the room. Coffee was good.

Managers fault, we paid for our room for a whole week day before and then he kept charging our card too soon so he was not getting our payment, and tried kicking me out of our room when the problem was on his end!! And all we got was a little apology to my husband! We paid for a whole week yesterday and then today the manager sends a lady into my room saying that she thought we were checked out and the guy at the front desk sent her in here! The man at the front desk was really rude, lieing to me that he tried calling my husband (no history of his call!) as I tried showing him that we DID pay for the room! If you stay here go through EXPEDIA and make sure that you print out your receipt so that this man cannot kick you out. Our room has a little tiny refrigerator that barely has enough room for maybe 5 days worth of food, if that and the freezer inside it was turned up so high it's completely iced over and so we had to throw away all of our frozen food and we were told we might blow a breaker in our room if we plugged our little tiny George Foreman grill in. And our toilet is not working, had to take the lid off of it to be able to flush it and it plugged up so we're having to wait an hour for the maintenance guy to bring us a plunger since there aren't any on the property. The manager needs to work on his customer skills bad!!! For something like almost kicking us out of our room when the mistake was solely on the manager here we should have at least gotten a discount for all the trouble he has put us through! My husband works hard for our money, and we paid for our room... It isn't our fault that you have tried charging our card so many times that they emailed me asking if you were fraudulent and I had to tell them no so that they would finally let our payment go through to you!! And having that lady come into our room without knocking because you told her we were no longer here when you knew we were.. was uncalled for!

Blankets torn and stained upon arrival, clean sheets. Missing pillows. Room smelled foul, and the heater was left on high before we arrived. Writing, stains on walls. Decent night service. Good parking lot lighting.

Positive: The hotel is pretty quiet and safe. Negative: I found a cockroach on the bedside table. The floor was not very clean, either.
