I went through the drive-through at this location for the convenience and quality of food I’ve come to expect from Roxberry. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for one smoothie and a thing of pretzel bites. But my smoothie was difficult to drink because it wasn’t well blended and the pretzel bites are completely doused in butter and salt. I had to wipe them off before I could eat them. I was disappointed by today’s service and I’ve noticed this has become more common at this location.

I was so excited to get my berry crunch bowl and showed up on a Saturday around 10:25pm when the hours state that they close at 11pm. It was the only thing to look forward to after work and when I showed up to the drive through they blurted to me they were closed, the open signs were on so I went inside and they told me they couldn’t make my bowl because they finished all the dishes. I’m so sad because now I can’t have my berry crunch bowl just because they decided to do dishes early:(

Don't trust their hours they say they they are open till 10:00. We showed up at at 9:45 and the speaker said they are closed and No one would come to the window. The Roxberry near me closes at 9:00 so I drove 25 minutes to go to this one. A waste of my fuel and time.

After I had left this review the manager contacted me and made things right. He also said he would fix this problem. So I am revising this review because they went out of their way to make it right.

They make great smoothies, and the pretzels are my guilty pleasure. Life saver location because it’s right on my way to work, so I can grab something tasty that gives me plenty of energy. 10/10 love this place

I think Roxberry has some of the best smoothies but this location isn’t it. Last time I came in we showed up nearly a half hour before close and they tried to tell us they weren’t open until I pointed out that I was stuck in the drive through with two cars in front of me and two behind me only to not be served. The people in the window laughed (to be fair I was being as light hearted and funny as I could be when I said this but I was genuinely upset I was stuck in the drive through and still wasn’t going to be served) and did end up serving us. My most recent visit my smoothie tasted like soap. I don’t know what else to say but it tasted like like they grabbed a dish out of the soap sink and just made my smoothie in it. What the hell. The East Orem location is far better.

We love roxberry. It’s getting pricey though. It’s nice that they still have coupons around. Our favorites are the mango mango with extra mango and the pina colada sub strawberries for the bananas. It’s nice that they let you sub out and customize your smoothie.

me and my husband just went to this roxberry and were 10 minutes early, there was N open sign still on and we went to go inside and the employees were laughing at us while the doors were locked. we then went through the drive through and they would not help us even though it was business hours. we drove from far away just to get roxberry. very disappointed as we knew the owners to the store prior to when it switched.

Holy smokes it’s hot out here… I was feeling super parched and I thought, I need some of that passion mango! This location is conveniently located just west of I 15 Near Geneva Rd. I came in the evening when I thought it would be super busy. Delightfully to my surprise, I was in and out of there in less than five minutes.
