I loved my stay here. The exterior has a cute look to it. Rooms were nice and clean. Owner was a nice man. I felt very safe and respected as a lady travelling alone. I hope to come back again one day.

Please don't waste your money here. Incompetent and uncaring staff may have put my mother's life in jeopardy . I booked a 3 day stay a month in advance through a 3rd party. I set it up so that the room was listed under my mom's name and I gave authorization to pay. I spoke to several people who assured me that everything was set. All they would need was my verbal confirmation to process the saved payment. My mother also requires oxygen and she called the hotel directly to ask if it could be delivered and was told by hotel staff that they could sign for it and hold it for her. So tell me why I receive a call the day of check in stating that they were cancelling the reservation because I wouldn't be there in person and they declined her oxygen. Never once did they call to advise there was an issue. When I asked if there was someone way I could fix it because she was literally on the plane, the from desk person suggested I call motel six and cancelled the reservation. The apathy and rudeness was just too much. It will be too late to reschedule her oxygen by the time she gets in. I hope karma is a real thing and I hope this guy gets everything that he's put out into the universe.

Worst experience ever. We paid credit card and the bank has sent the notification by text and email stating that we have paid for the room but yet the guy at the reception (his name was Rarve) asked us to pay. We did in cash since we arrived at 9pm at night. Then we checked again from the bank statement and it stated that we have been charged. We talked to the guy when checking out and yet this receptionist rudely talked to us that he doesnt care. He should not be in hospitality business at all. Just want to share with any travelers to make right choices. Not just for the price!

Safe area. Clean Motel, everything works, and great value. As a general rule everywhere in Phoenix area has really bad crime, the lowest is Scottsdale, the further north and east you go the better. This is right by fashion square shopping center/downtown Scottsdale.

It looks just a unappealing on the out side as it does on the inside. This place is just ewww gross(not 144 either). I ended up sleeping in my car! Roaches on the wall and in the night stand. picked up the phone and it was sticky (glad I didn't put it to my ear). for the $65 i paid a night! Gross. On a good note to end this. The front desk staff was polite and friendly. Laundry room was broken down though.

Felt unsafe: Shares a parking lot entrance w a busy adult shop. No one was in the lobby when I showed up. Parking lot was dark and obscured from the road. Despite the fact I had a reservation, I left.

Had reservations. The man behind the counter said I didn't. I showed my confirmation number and ID but he still said I didn't have a reservation and then yelled at me to "GET OUT!!" and went out another door and slammed it!! Wow!! 😳
I didn't feel safe there at all...it was creepy. I got in my car and then the man behind the counter waved for me to come back in. I took photos of the office and the man and got out of there as fast as I could!!
