Herausragend! Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Das Personal ist in wirklich allen Bereichen ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war perfekt ausgestattet, super groß, tolles Bad, schöner Balkon, bequemes Bett und eine praktische Küche.
Das Frühstück am Morgen war gut, vielleicht könnte man insgesamt etwas mehr Abwechslung bieten. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wird es etwas langweilig. Aber die Qualität der Speisen war gut und es war immer alles ausreichend vorhanden.
Der Pool - unser absolutes Highlight! Das Wasser (Salzwasserpool) ein Traum, immer ein schattiges Plätzchen, ausreichend bequeme Liegen und Sonnenschirme und "Spielzeug für den Pool".
Genügend Parkplätze und ein Transfer des Hotels im Radius von 3 Meilen runden das Angebot ab.
Im Schwesterhotel gegenüber gibt es auch Restaurant, Bistro und einen kleinen Starbucks.
Supermärkte und Tankstelle in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

This hotel goes above and beyond in so many ways to make your stay great! I have stayed at many Residence Inn locations across the country, and this by far is the best. The front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The events calendar for the hotel has fun and engaging offerings for guests to include movie nights, crafting classes, and other engagements every single day. Their outdoor space is very conducive for relaxation. If I am ever in the Phoenix area again, I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel based upon their exceptional service! Thank you for an incredible stay, and I hope to be back soon.

Our stay at the residence inn had a few hiccups but the staff and management did a great job in rectifying it. Special shoutout to Felicia, Brittany, Casey and Lisa (at the Agava Cantina) for making our stay special. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff managing it were amazing. Glad we stayed here and will definitely comeback.

This was our third visit to this hotel. It's clean, friendly, did i say clean (I meant SUPER clean) with a great staff and lovely pool shared with the adjacent Courtyard. tasty affordable meals are available both at the Residence Inn as the Courtyard for lunch or dinner - breakfast is self-service and has EVERYTHING you would want to start the day. The hotel is dog friendly with appropriate areas for your pet to "go'. There is a dog park just up the road a bit.|The friendly staff really works hard to please its guests.

This property is a little hidden gem. Convenient parking, comfy rooms, great open space and pool in-between the Residence Inn and the Courtyard. The staff is extremely helpful, and very nice. Alyssa and Priscilla work the front dest and are wonderful - they are welcoming, helpful, and helped get me in the perfect room. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times over the past year and will be back.

Allen the bartender was a great guy to sit and have a great conversation with. He is a very personable guy and I’m glad I got to meet him during my visit. If I come back to Arizona anytime soon, this will be the place to be. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming every time you enter the hotel.

The Residence Inn was a wonderfully comfortable accommodation. Centrally located in Scottsdale. Family friendly with pleasant staff. The rooms were spacious. The property had cornhole, a lovely patio and restaurant on site. We would stay here again

We stayed at this hotel this Nov 8-15 & it was quite disappointing. First, it is not a true “residence” inn - in our experience. Our 1 bedroom suite was supposedly one where we could prepare some meals. This was virtually impossible - although it had a small dishwasher & full fridge, it only had 2 small electric burners & a microwave. Most Residence inns contain full table top burners (4) or a full stove & oven or a convection oven microwave. Our 1 bedroom did not. That made the extra space almost useless to us. It was clear from the state of the cooking burners that they had virtually never been used. Then there was the maid service. We checked in on Saturday night & never received services, despite repeated requests till Wednesday. The bar was not open most of the time - but likely a good thing because 2 glasses of red wine were $36 - Yikes!!! Then there is the design of the bathroom - with only a half glass shower enclosure - a designer choice no doubt. But it was always so cold in the bathroom when we took showers we had to run the hairdryer to keep from shaking from the cold. Further, this hotel shares common areas with a Marriott Courtyard next door. Unfortunately we had a hybrid car & try getting charging time - a real struggle. On top of all that - this place is not cheap. Our rates ranged from $368 - $521/night. On the positive side- the hotel is relatively new - not beaten up, clean & the grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a Marriott Residence where you can prepare meals - this is not the place. When booking get clear information on what your room or suite is providing. Otherwise you will be left to popping popcorn.
