Die Zimmer sind mit einer Kochecke ausgestattet und angenehm gross.Fitnessraum mit 2 Laufbaendern, einem Stepper und einem Gewichteturm, Wasser und Handtuecher stehen zur Verfuegung.

Landed here because l had a liver transplantation at Mayo Clinic Hospital, l have been here with my sister Victoria enjoying a great experience with most of the staff and the great surroundings, the premises has so many amenities: swimming pool, hot tub, mini golf, bar, free breakfast, gym, laundry area; with many restaurants, shopping centers and more. Highly command Ester’s service and wonderful attitude, everyone has been very accommodating and helpful. On January 19th the entire team during breakfast sang happy birthday to my sister, that was the icing on the cake. Thanks everyone!!!

Enjoyed our recent stay at the Residence Inn, Scottsdale North. The room was clean and everything was in order. The newly installed bar and seating areas downstairs is a great feature, and very well done.

My advice for guests: arrive as early as possible if you are planning on taking advantage of the free breakfast. One staff member was doing her best to serve the large number of guests, but an hour before ending breakfast the oatmeal was completely empty, and many of the usual items (decaf coffee, etc.) were depleted and were replaced very slowly. She did her best to respond to individual requests, but this location was not well managed for breakfast during our stay.

Parking is managed through a third party, and payment is via a ‘QR’ code. Not the best arrangement, but the front desk does their best to explain the situation.

I just want to say the service at this location is amazing. I had a mishap followed by a misunderstanding on my part and the staff helped me through the whole situation. I just want to thank the front desk staff ( lady on the Wednesday morning shift) and apologize for my misunderstanding. Thank you for being good at what you do 👍🙌

This was a wonderful hotel.
I was in town for a conference, the facilitating conference site was out of budget. So I researched surrounding locations. This location was in budget, and to be honest the rooms are way nicer than the resort that held our conference. Beds are comfortable, room was spacious and had a kitchen, which was a great amenity. I will keep this location on file for future opportunities.

The service & free breakfast keeps me coming back , I love to stay a few weeks cause the kitchen is a great place to create my meals in.
But I wish they would fix the washer issue , with over a 100 rooms trying to use the same one washer is my only issue about this place

It's been a week and I have yet to receive my deposit back. They told me it would be returned when I check out. Thwt was a lie. I was told 2 days later, when I called that it could take 7 days because I used a debit card. Thats also a lie. I stay 1 to 2 nights a week in hotels and it's never taken this long to get my deposit back. I want my money.
