I tried calling Nigel (the owner) but I had no luck, I tried an email and no response (gave over a month to reply in the hopes of them wanting to amend things).

So here it goes my experience to prevent other people to have an awful experience wasting their money.

We are tracking around a year since we started a project with NA Blinds and the project is still unfinished (very simple, just draperies and rollers). The project was left in a half-baked state, the roller part was completed, but all the drapery work was a disaster, one entire room wasn’t finished and one of the room was finished but with not with the material/color that we wanted and was left it as-is.

Last time I spoke to the owner (around 5 months ago) he mentioned that he ordered the missing parts and the right draperies but I haven’t heard from him ever since.

This is clearly not the service you are expecting when signing a contract for over $6,000. I am very dissatisfied on how things turned out, and what is more frustrating is the ghosting and the absolute lack of communication.

Hopefully this help others to avoid wasting their money.

Save yourself a lot of aggravation and do not use these scam artists. I booked them through Angi in early May and my blinds repair job was never completed. Nigel Ashton who is supposedly the owner has no respect for his clients and refused to return my phone calls. My blinds squeak terribly and cannot be opened properly. He came to my house once and said it would be an easy fix and would return that day or the next. This was over a month ago and I’m still waiting. He didn’t have the courtesy to text or call me back. I foolishly paid him $300 over the invoice quote to get the job done and paid the balance believing he would return and fix the problem. Angi closed his account but can’t help in any other way. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of Nigel Ashton and NA Blinds.

This company is a complete scam. The company only completed half the work and informed me that my customer blinds are still on order. It has been over 2 months since they started work. We were told that they were waiting for my customer blinds to arrive so that the job can be completed. To date, we’re still waiting. We tried to contact the company on several occasions regarding the matter. This company will not answer the calls, call you back, respond to text messages, nor respond to emails. We paid upfront and only half the work has been completed. We’re working with an attorney now. After researching this company in more depth, it doesn’t appear that their required credentials are up- to- date. The most offensive part of this issue is that they have posted photos of my home on their website as if the work was completed and satisfactory. Complete deception. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Please don't waste your time dealing with these people. They have taken my drapes for two weeks to alter them. They just needed to be shorter. Nigel, the person I had to deal with, Does not even return my phone calls. If I could, I would give them 0 for how they dealt with me. Stay away from this business. These people are scammers. Please stay away from them. They charged me 700 hundred, did not finish the job, took my four drapes away to alter, and never showed up. I have filed a police report on them. Please be aware before you call these people
