Kim is a miracle worker! I saw her for the 1st time in 2021 with very intense neck/shoulder and back pain from crippling stress (full time graduate student working full time over night shifts) and a grueling workout routine. Over the course of several months she brought me back to life!! Kim and Carmen are so sweet and accommodating! Kym, Carmen, and the whole team at Liferoot really take great care of you. I was struggling to conceive for many years before coming to get acupuncture. Not only did they help me feel better, but they also suggested some herbs and lifestyle changes. Within two months or so of seeing Kym, I fell pregnant naturally! I was prepping to start IVF and luckily did not have to. I saw Kym through my entire pregnancy. Kym is thoughtful and kind, and great at what she does. If you are on the fence about acupuncture.. definitely give Liferoot Acupuncture a try! It will change your life 🙂

Im really late posting this but I love this place it's so calming and the staff is amazing. I truly believe acupuncture helped my infertility struggles. After 7 years, a miscarriage, fertility medication and more. I was pregnant within 3 months after starting seeing Kym!

Not sure what happened with my 8:45 appointment I stood in front of whoever sits at the front desk for 15 minutes while she complained about insurance customers and ignored me. There's only bells on the door and she looked at me, I guess because I'm using insurance she didn't feel like dealing with that today based on the conversation she was having with the people on the phone. Which she decided to text and answer the phone calls as well when that call was over ignoring me for the entire 15 minutes that I stood there until I walked out.

I 100% recommend this place. Currently 37 weeks and needed some relaxation and energetic adjustment. Kym provided all of that plus more. She cares about you and your health. Also, the receptionist is the sweetest being to encounter. Overall, this space is warm, welcoming, and healing.
