Located right next to ASU campus and ten minutes from PHX airport, this hotel is in an excellent location.

I booked online last minute, just prior to arriving, and my room was ready when I got there. Upon checking in, the gentleman at the desk was polite and friendly. I had a concern with my room so they switched me immediately to another room!

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable! The sheets were nice and not at all like the scratchy sheets used at some other Hyatt houses.

The rooftop was a vibe with a bar, seating, and a fire pit. The pool was at the opposite end from the bar with a nice view of the city.

Breakfast was your typical spread. There was sufficient seating and space in the eating area.

My only complaint was that you must pay to park in the parking deck, but you can enter and exit the deck as often as you wish within the 24 hour period.

Honestly this hotel was amazing overall. Best service I've ever had at a hotel that was not a resort, and room layout very nice and amazing rooftop lounge and pool. Felt spoiled. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well because of the very very loud HVAC system right next to the bed. It turned on and off so many times throughout the night, my daughter said she felt like she woke up 3,000 times (she is 14 so fairly dramatic 😂) But no joke, it sounded like a rocket was launching next door when it would turn on. Really so unfortunate when everything else in the hotel is excellent.

I have stayed here several times. Very clean. Friendly service. Excellent breakfast. Gym could use more service. No water cups on 1st visit.

Thank you Zenus. We came in from a rough night and stuck from a failed layover, you made our quick night in Pheonix much more bearable. Thank you for being so thoughtful - it makes us feel good in choosing to be 'Hyatt People'.

The lower star is for not the cleaning staff not checking the cleanliness under the bed. It's one of the things I look at when I am looking for any of my remaining items when I go to leave. It makes me feel like other areas at the hotel/room could also be neglected. But otherwise great experience.

Nice hotel. Some rooms have great views. You need a pass to go up with the elevator. Breakfast is fine. Rooftopbar has an amazing view

This hotel complex seems to be a combination of two different brands within the Hyatt group. I stayed in the House for two nights. They gave me a spacious room on the seventh floor with a view towards the university campus. Everything was clean during my stay and the staff was nice. Breakfast options weren’t too extensive and besides that, food in the morning isn’t in the focus for me. It’s offered until 09:00h in the morning only, which is a bit too short. Restaurants and shops are located within an easy walk of 5-15 minutes, depending on what you’re looking for.

These rooms are not as nice as alot of the hyatts I stay at, but they are nice and clean. The location is top notch. Basically in ASU. RIGHT NEXT TO THE ASU STADIUMS.
