Stayed here for two nights while attending Phoenix Open. Great location property and rooms looked brand new. The staff were helpful. I checked in on the Hyatt app and the room was ready and hour later when I landed well ahead of my guaranteed check-in time. They included free breakfast, great overall value.

Stayed here several times over the last couple years and used to be one of the best hotels in Scottsdale with clean rooms, amazing customer oriented staff and great food. However, now thats gone, the hotel is loud, run down and the staff are either pleasant but lack basic customer service skills to resolve customers needs or very unprofessional, as during recent stay in November, the front desk staff was flossing her teeth at reception and when I told her about how the beds being so broken and uncomfortable that I did not sleep for 2 days, she did not say anything. Until the management makes it a priority to bring up the class and standards of this hotel or at least trains the staff to have basic customer service skills, its a waste of your time and money to stay here.

The room was very clean, beds where comfortable and for the most part the room was dark when sleeping. However the light on the microwave was VERY bright, I covered it with a towel. I had an adjoining room which is fine, however the room next to me had 2-4 kids that where very excited about saying in hotel and I could hear through the door until very late into the night.

The hotel is located in a nice area and have very reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. The AC works great in the rooms if you do need to escape the hot Arizona weather. They do offer free breakfast, but I did not try it due to my short stay and having to wake up early before breakfast began. At the time of me writing this, they do charge $5 a night for parking. They have plenty of spots as well as some covered spaces in the parking garage. You can either pay by scanning a QR code, or you can ask at the front desk, and they can charge it to your room. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful room, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, But room 621 had the worst mattress I ever tried to sleep on! Was supposed to get in room at 4pm but it wasn’t ready so had to come back. When returned they only had a king bed available and compted us the parking fees. They need to invest in some new mattresses!

I'm so glad that Hyatt continues to expand it's footprint in the Phoenix metro area. Hyatt House / Hyatt Place North Scottsdale is their newest addition and it is located in North Scottsdale. For those unfamiliar with the area, Scottsdale is an upscale city with it's center in an area referred to as Old Town. The Hyatt House North Scottsdale is located about 10 or so miles north of Old Town so it's away from the business (Fashion Square Mall, night clubs, bars, etc) of Old Town. However, this property is still a short drive (traffic in Phoenix isn't too bad) and in a much quieter area that still has numerous shopping/dining options (Kierland Commons is a good option located not too far from the hotel). As for the hotel itself, it is brand new and in excellent condition. The lobby, halls, and rooms were all immaculate. The overall service we experienced was also first rate. They have the usual buffet style breakfast which was kept up very well. I saw they had a pool but it looked very small and we didn't use it. Overall, this is a great mid-range hotel at a very affordable price in a quieter (and very safe) part of Scottsdale and I highly recommend it for all travelers (families, business, couples, solo).

The suite was perfect, the bed, so comfortable, the kitchen very usable with a kitchen island that doubled perfectly as a laptop workspace. Thank you for checking me in early when I arrived in on an earlier flight, when I only asked if you would store my luggage until check-in time. You made my stay ultra comfortable in Scotttsdale!
