Convenient location with easy shopping and freeway access. Calm and quiet inside. Decent sized restaurant and fully stocked bar! Pool is lovely. Room was clean; the bed and bedding were clean and inviting. Appreciate the coffee statement as well as the mini-refrigerator.

I know that some people may say that the Holiday Inn brand is old, tired, and no longer a top player. But my stay at the HI Scottsdale North-Airpark location proves that all wrong. Even though this is an older building, the facilities were all up-to-date and spotless. My room was clean, well-furnished, and up-to-date with all of the needed conveniences—numerous charging connections, new and easy-to-use lighting, great TV. But the bathroom was perfect…and I’m usually most harsh about bathroom cleanliness and materials.

On top of the physical plant, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Easy check in…and I was very early. I received a welcome text message and a quick, personal reply to my quick comment. I was greeted each time I re-entered the hotel.

And talk about location. The hotel is within 2 miles of a number of great places to eat.

I’ve stayed at other area hotels before. Never again. This is my choice for new, clean, and relaxing rooms at a great rate.

Upon arrival we were instantly pleased with the property and lobby. Our room was better than expected and was super clean and spacious, It had everything we needed for our family of 5 for our week long stay. The beds were very comfortable and it was so quiet!! We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back!!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn & suites in Scottsdale and my experience was fantastic thanks in large part to Jen at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful in showing me around the area as I’m not from here and her knowledge of Scottsdale was invaluable. Jen is very well spoken and has impeccable manners. She always had a smile on her face even when dealing with some difficult guests. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference during my stay.In addition to Jen's excellent service I was equally impressed by the kitchen staff. The food was delicious as well as fresh and always served with care. The breakfast options were amazing and really helped start my day off right.Lastly the housekeeping team deserves recognition as well. The rooms were spotless cleaned thoroughly and well maintained throughout my stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.Overall it’s a top notch experience all around. I highly recommend this location.

Our family had a great time staying here. The front desk folks and the staff working in the restaurant for breakfast were all wonderful. They really made our stay feel extra special.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the website lists a heated swimming pool, which is one of the main reasons we stayed there. It absolutely was NOT heated. It was so cold, the kids couldn’t even get in and were really disappointed.

From the very first welcome greeting to the final goodbye we were treated with care and attention.

The manager & the servers were particularly joyful, helpful and wonderful going over & beyond our expectations. The manager often asked how we were and how he could be of assistance. In fact, one day he made me a delicious sausage omelette when I received a ham one in error. Our breakfast server Adrien and I shared our common interest in rock collecting and she brought me some treasures to take home. And Jeff, our evening server also offered incredible service as well as tips to make the most out of Scottsdale.

I have to give a huge thank you to the staff at this hotel for rescuing my road trip this weekend. My original hotel was an awful and unsafe experience that I had to leave which left me scrambling to find a new hotel where I was welcome at 10 pm. So I was and still am so deeply grateful for the staff here that greeted me immediately upon arrival, kindly checked me in without issue, and made me feel very safe and welcomed in there. Thank you to Iriving in particular who asked my pronouns and made my partner and I feel much safer at this property.

The whole property is clean and comfortable and well designed. Beds and rooms were very comfortable. The staff is all super nice and professional. I didnt catch the breakfast staff's name but thank you to her as well as Irving, Jen, and Michelle.

I'll be back for sure.
