I found myself having to relocate to Phoenix for 30 days in January. Since this is prime weather for the area, finding a decent hotel was looking to be a challenge. But I found not only a decent one, a very good one in this Holiday Inn Express. It’s very clean, great, friendly staff, good amenities (breakfast, pool, workout room) - my stay (15 days in) has been perfect!! I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the only place I stay in the Valley. It is the bet of the bred here and I have stayed in other Holiday Inn Express locations and this is truly the best! All your staff is top notch. I have been staying here for years and I know many if not all the front desk people. The addition of Mary to the front desk is awesome, she is another great ambassador for your property. I already have rooms reserved for 2025. You make it easy to stay in Phoenix Metro, I never have to wonder where I would like to stay.

I have stayed at this location many times over the last several years. Always impressed with cleanliness, newness, friendliness, hospitality, and quietness. It’s the nicest hotel in the area and I’ve tried them all.

1. Easy to find from PHX

2. King suite had a couch, comfy chair, quality desk chair. Great mattress.

3. Shower had foot rest/seat and 3 bottles of soap/shampoo/conditioner mounted. Sliding doors

4. Good counter space on either side of sink for personal toiletries for husband and wife

5. Plenty of free parking

6. Free WiFi.

7. Good hot breakfast. I only missed not having oatmeal available on the morning we were there.

Nice and clean! Staff was attentive. Breakfast was good, but they ran out sometimes. Overall, happy with accommodations. Recommend this hotel!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The manager, Matthew, was extremely helpful, and was willing to give me an early check in and late check out to accommodate my flight/travel schedule, which I was very grateful for after long travel. The room was clean and had a great layout. Perfect location as across the street is a Walmart, Starbucks, and great restaurants.

Enjoyed our 2 day stay at this hotel. Melia was an absolute pleasure during check-in. She represented the property in a very positive manner. The lobby and adjacent seating/breakfast area is very open concept and inviting. I appreciated the ability to easily direct cast my laptop to the room TV. Beds and amenities in the room were great.

The overriding item that makes this IHG stand out over other similar properties is the employees.
