Wir hatten uns dort günstig zum Wochenendtarif eingemietet. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Promenade Mall - ein nettes kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Shops und Restaurants. ||Es handelt sich um ein Standart Hampton Inn und gab alles was zu erwarten war, geräumige Zimmer, Gratis Internet und Hot American Breakfast. ||Als HHonors Gold Mitglied gabs das obligatorische Zimmerupgrade in eine geräumige 2 Bedroom Suite mit Küche. Alles Tip Top sauber und gepflegt - es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hampton Inn in North Scottsdale ist ein sehr gutes Business-Hotel und liegt hervorragend in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen. Das Hotelpersonal ist jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar der morgendliche Kaffee beim Frühstück ist für einen Deutschen trinkbar. Sämtliche Hotelanlagen sind sehr gepflegt.||Ich habe bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel für jeweils eine Woche übernachtet und wurde nie enttäuscht, Probleme werden sofort aufgenommen und mit der Problemlösung umgehend begonnen, falls etwas mal nicht funktionieren sollte bekam ich umgehend einen Discount auf meine Hotel-Rechnung, ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Easy to find off the main road, easy parking, lobby attractive, staff friendly and competent. Elevator worked fast; room was spacious, all clean, all working. Very quiet, great beds; bathroom just fine (with a tub). They have free snacks at 3:30 p.m. (cookies, chips and salsa, cheese and crackers, some veggies). Breakfast included, very nice omelettes, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juices, sausage patties (did not like those). We will stay there again, just booked it a second time.

You need an extra $100 for the add on fee in case you order room service me and my sister had to go back to paradise Valley and get money from my brother. The pool would be nice in the summer. The fire pit and spa are nice and the beds are comfortable.

I was very happy to find this Hampton Inn in very close proximity to everything I needed to do and see while visiting Phoenix. It's location is ideal with plenty of food and activities within a short distance and even a CVS next door. ||The property is very well kept and I loved the pool area as well as the room balconies! If you're on the ground level you get a small-ish 'patio' area for you room door. Jason and Alyssia were the front staff I dealt with and both were very professional as well as on the ball. The dining area staff were also making breakfast hum with their attentiveness for keeping food stocked and the area clean and ready for the next for guest.||I will say the room decor, some furnishings and hallway rugs are showing their age so get on the ball property owner as this great location deserves a needed upgrade or renovation! ||However, the clean room, soft bed, good breakfast, welcoming cookies and overall peace & quiet during our stay more than made up for the minor inconveniences of a non-working hair dryer being the worst. I would highly recommend this property if you're in the area.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several concerning issues. Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant, musty odor, and the bathroom tiles showed significant grime and dirt accumulation. The overall condition of the room had an unclean scent, which was difficult to ignore during our four-night stay.

Adding to the inconvenience, there was no housekeeping service provided throughout our stay, which meant no one came to replace towels or clean the room. Despite calling the front desk for over an hour, no towels were brought to our room.

The property itself feels outdated and is in serious need of renovations to meet modern standards of comfort and hygiene. Overall, this hotel requires substantial improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and provide a more welcoming experience.

This is a very cute hotel, with clean rooms and in a great location. Coffee is available all day long, they have cookies in the late afternoon and the breakfast is diverse. The pool is wonderful and never busy.

I thought the space was clean, the area generally safe with restaurants within walking distance, including Sushi Brokers and In and Out Burger. The shuttle drivers were available and timely.
