The staff throughout the hotel was consistently attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location it perfect within walking distance to all the hot spots for shopping and dining.

It was a great stay. The rooms were clean and had all the basics. The service by the front desk and the manager was excellent. We had a small hiccup with our reservations, and management and the front desk were able to help us out.

We were greeted nicely and offered water, and the morning coffee was great. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town for business.

The staff was welcome and attentive. The room was very large, clean, and modern. I enjoyed having the breakfast and there was a variety of things so I didn't have the same thing 5 days in a row. I wish there would have been free or at least cheaper parking as the valet parking option was way too expensive for me. I parked in a garage operated by ASU that was just a few blocks away and only $16 per day, so that was a more affordable option. This hotel was just 4 blocks from the convention center, and 6 blocks to Chase Field and Footprint NBA arena, so it is very walkable. I'll stay here again for sure.

Very good hotel! They have the most comfortable pillows! Not even my own is that comfortable! Very clean and great service! Loved the breakfast! Our toddler had much fun there! I loved how the front desk staff checked on our stay as soon as we got in our room through messages and stayed in contact if we needed anything! If ever we’d come back to Phoenix we’d definitely stay there again!!! 👍🏼 Thank you so much!

We were in town for the Fiesta Bowl and the place was packed. The staff did a great job of serving the guests. The breakfast was great and at no time was there a lapse in the food. The rooms were comfy, clean, and modern. We parked our oversized car using the valet. Edgar was very personable and polite. I enjoyed chatting with him briefly when we arrived and departed the hotel.

The reason for the four star review was that on New Year’s Eve, after the bowl game ended, there was only one person working the valet. I felt bad for the guy working solo s as he was rushing to take care of everyone’s car, but being understaffed he was limited to what he could accomplish.

Edgar was immediately very welcoming and polite to my friends and I and helped us carry our luggage onto the luggage carts. He also helped take our heavy luggage all the way up to our room. Always happy to greet us and other guests of the hotel and had great conversations with us. Definitely a great guy with a great attitude towards people.

In town for a quick concert. This hotel is great location to all things downtown! Managed to walk everywhere and the light rail dropped us off right in front. The staff were so sweet and helpful. Chad and Athena were awesome and made us feel very welcome here. Also great breakfast!!!
