I bought something at this store today for my friend for her birthday and I showed it to her and she tried it but it was the wrong one she was looking for so I went to make a return and they said that they cannot do the return when it was barely even use I would not recommend this store and I would always come there most of the times.

Zero customer service. They follow you around like you’re going to take something. Was in a rush so needed to purchase my hair product otherwise would’ve taken my money someplace else. They need to learn some customer service.

Love this place, workers are pleasant and helpful. Love this place because they have points/ rewards system. I haven’t found another smaller beauty supply store that has the rewards. It is a huge positive for me plus their prices are reasonable.

I used to like the store now I hate it whenever I have to go there. Unfortunately it’s the only beauty supply near me that has things little bit cheaper. This store has several workers, all of which will watch you, follow you, and harass you, despite there being cameras in the store. And even when they do help, they have an attitude as if they don’t want to help. If you have a problem, helping customers, then don’t work anywhere.

So I have blonde hair balayage ombré hair and it’s so hard to match. This place place however has so much selection and the young lady that works there matched me up so quickly. The hair was Brazilian bundle hair so you know it was so soft and beautiful. I will be coming back again and again! Great prices by the way! Love this place!
