I feel that this company has terrible Internet service & customer service. Ive called several times in which I've had to wait over 20min just to speak to someone a few of those times I was randomly hung up on. We had our internet randomly disconnected so I had to call to figure out the problem the person on the phone told us they shut us down because we had a virus and shut down 30 other computer ( this was not true). They sent in a tech guy who then explains to us that our new router was to powerful and that it was causing their servers to crash. So he offers us their router which we decide to give a try and returned our new router (which by the way works amazing with our new internet provider). The router they provided would barely reach outside with Wifi not to mention when we are online the server would just drop connection even if I was inside in a full wifi access area (my room) in which the router is at! On somedays it would not work all day. It would not connect to Xbox live so if you have kids dont bother it doesnt support it (they couldnt tell me why). If you're a student taking Online classes like I am, I would NOT recommend them, you'll lose connection and its a hassle to try and get back what you were working on. Ive called to try and explain, they said they'd have someone call me back...(still no call) First they told me that I could not get a refund, spoke to another person who then said I would be allowed a full refund on my router and that someone would get back to me in 30 days about having my internet disconnected....(hmmm odd 30 days?) I went a head and got a different internet HughesNet which has been excellent and they answered every question and had someone out here the next day to get me set up using the New original router we bought, Our internet can reach further then just our house also hits our second back house and hanger not to mention we have the xbox live connected and it works great. All in All dealing with Erf has been nothing but a headache so I personally would not recommend them to anyone in our area, if it was our location that's the problem then they should have informed us of that like other services did instead of trying to gain an account for sales. Although there were a few helpful ladies I thank them for that but still very terrible service. I normally never write reviews but I felt people should be informed what they might be dealing with.
