Nice staff, good location. Has everything you need.

Unfortunately the hotel is a little dingy and beat up. The rooms, elevators, and hallways are in need of a refresh. Didn't affect anything really, just not very nice. Lobby is pretty good though.

Also minor, but whatever cleaning agent they use to clean floors/rooms (Fabuloso?) has a really strong artificial scent. I'd recommend going to something a little less toxic smelling.

Nice friendly hotel. Room was clean. There is no free breakfast or coffee. They have a small coffee shop and I bought coffee there. They also have a bar that serves food and drinks. I used complementary shuttle that took me to a nearly place (dental education center). Bathrooms are clean. Shampoo conditioner body wash and hand soap are provided. Staff is very kind.

This hotel is extremely rundown. The rooms are very basic. The whole hotels smells old and musty. All of my pillows smelt like they hadn’t been washed. It just feels grubby. Had a cricket in my bathroom on the first night. The facilities at the hotel also lack Luster and run down, the only good thing is probably the location, each room has an actual air conditioning unit in it. That sounds like a Boeing 747 has its engine on all night. It’s so loud it’s just very basic very old and doesn’t feel hygienic. Would not recommend. pay a little extra and say somewhere else. And this is nothing personal to the staff. The staff have been nice enough. The hotel just really needs a renovation.

Don’t stay here if you have nice tires and rims. Cars get jacked - ALL FOUR TIRES & RIMS leaving your car on rocks when you wake up in the morning. There is a hotel in the same cul-de-sac that never has this problem. Strange right? I wonder why that is….hmmmmm……. The hotel put up signs a few months ago saying they aren’t responsible and even charging you to park in their lot that gets robbed regularly. Somehow the employee cars with nice rims and tires are always ok.

Hotel was fine, but very minimal and a little depressing. However...I do want to talk about the ridiculous money grab and greed that is the fact that they post signs all over the place about the PARKING CHARGE for this wide-open, non-impacted parking lot in the Scottsdale suburbs. Seriously? Seriously? When you question the staff for the reason for the charge they try to respond with some sort of double-talk evasive "city of Scottsdale...monitor the lot...blah blah blah"...like it's the law (which, by the way, it is NOT). It is just downright an extra revenue stream for them, and personally, I find it offensive. I'll find another hotel to stay at with an open parking lot that is free. If you go to the website of the parking company that they use to collect the money (parkingmgt.com), you will see that this organization merely exists to increase revenues for businesses/hotels (take a look at the attached photo). There is no justifiable reason for them to charge $11 a night for a wide-open parking lot at a hotel. ||||Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn across the street or if you really like paying for parking, go to one of Scottsdale's many resorts.

Such a surprising disappointment considering the location and brand. The front desk attendant definitely seemed like she was on something from the beginning. The facility was pretty clean but the lobby, bar, and restaurant were about as cold and corporate as you could imagine. Our double queen bedroom that sleeps 4 had ONE pouch of coffee, ONE. I went back to the lobby to ask for some extra coffee in the morning since there were 4 of us. I was waiting at the front desk and some dude came out from the office, looks at me at me and says “what’s up?” that’s it “what’s up?” He did give me some coffee. The next morning we go to the lobby for breakfast, no coffee in the lobby. One of us doesn’t drink coffee and they have no tea. What decent hotel has NO TEA? A tiny breakfast burrito was $15. Sad experience
