This morning I came in to the CBTx in Bedford, Texas and Darío help me open up several accounts for my business. He was very professional, courteous, quick and very detailed. These Malfeasant Morons Assisted a Criminal in Stealing 24k Dollars from my 97 Year Old Elderly Mother... yet would not let ME (her Son) close an account to Protect Her... Lawsuit is Pending. They have Cut Hours and Closed on Saturday because they are a Failing institution... Just a Matter of Time before they lose the Lawsuit and Close their Doors... Hopefully Forever. I've been banking at CBTx for over 20 years with both business and personal accounts. I moved from a large brand name bank and have been really happy with the choice. Recently, I needed to secure financing for a complete new heating/cooling system in our home. Nicole worked tirelessly after hours and on the weekend to keep me updated and to make sure the funding was secured before the install was completed. Honestly - the most technically backwards bank I've ever worked with - on multiple occasions I've had to travel 45 minutes to the closest physical location to address issues that are easily handled through apps at every other bank I've ever used - I've now had 4 extra mortgages pulled from my accounts after closing on my house with them 4 months ago - I've had to spend a few hours on the phone with them and that doesn't seem to go anywhere.
