When I was a kid I remember going into the bank with my dad and it was a blast. They would have 10 cent gum ball machines, a water dispenser, and the entire place just smelt wonderful. Not to mention the staff was always well mannered.

The entire staff at this location are extremely friendly. They go above and beyond to make each experience comfortable. I’ve never had a bad time here. I often bring my 3 kids to this location only and they love it! It’s a wonderful life experience for them and I’m happy that AZ Bank and Trust can give them that.

I’ve been getting loans close to 40 years at banks, Sabrina Evans at the bank in Gilbert made it as easy as possible, normally I don’t even want to go for another line of credit because everyone makes it so Difficult to go through the process. I told my my sister about it because she’s is one of those person that doesn’t want to try to raise her line of credit because the process is always just so stressful. I would advise people to try this bank because it’s one person handling the loan not five different people calling you about different stuff that they need, Or you try to call the bank and then your on hold for 20 minutes.

While AZ B&T does have some good people working there, please watch out for Bob Aggarawal. He is new to AZ B&T (I think he came from BofA). I had several business accounts, lines of credit, credit cards, loans, etc with AZ B&T. I was with them for several years. Bob has only been there a few months and he is very difficult to work with. He is unprofessional (made me feel uncomfortable by asking for my advice about how he should handle an issue with his daughter the very first time I met him), he does not seem to possess an understanding of small business and is very confrontational (called me a bully several times). Very weird. I am leaving AZ B&T solely because of Bob. Best of luck.

Just opened a new checking account. 2 days later I started getting robo calls on my work cell phone that I have only had for 2 weeks (no solicitation calls prior). Only my family, work and AZ Bank have this number. Obviously they sell your info.
Do not use them and do NOT give them your real phone number.

Oscar was very helpful and professional in helping with the setup of a new checking account, really happy about the lack of any service fees even without a high balance or direct deposit. Would recommend this bank to anyone.

Never heard of a bank not being able to give you change for your small business because you don’t have an account there. Strange.
