I had a fantastic experience working with Albany Bank, and specifically with Lori Siptrott as our Personal Banking Officer. My family had a very unique situation that required some creative thinking and problem-solving, and Lori went above and beyond to help us navigate it. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process, and made us feel truly valued as customers.

Not only did Lori provide exceptional service, but Albany Bank as a whole was a pleasure to work with. The North Side Chicago location is convenient and easily accessible, and the staff are all friendly and professional.

It used to be the most friendly place that I know

I use sefty box , office in basement , the Afro-American woman working there has so much bad attitude .
